Govt. Revises Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011 - Key Highlights

It will now be named as Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules, 2021. The rules shall come into force from 1st April 2022.

This shall eradicate the uncertainty nearby the reporting of the amount sold by number in prepackaged goods.
