Whether EPR license is required to be renewed?

Yes. The EPR license shall be required to be renewed after every 5 years by filing Form-1 within 60 days after the expiry of the registration. Following are the documents required for renewal of authorisation:
- The certificate stating compliance with effluent and emission standards
- The certificate stating the proper treatment and disposal of hazardous wastes from the State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committees or any other designated agency.
