Vikas Goyal is a globally-credentialed cybersecurity, AI, and regulatory compliance expert with over 11 years' experience, serving as Director – Cyber Security at ASC Group, where he leads the firm's cybersecurity advisory practice across India, UAE, Singapore, and Japan. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and DPDP-certified, he is also trained in cybersecurity by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), an autonomous institute established by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Having worked with global leaders including Deloitte, Microsoft, Google, S&P Global, and Dell, he pairs boardroom strategy with deep technical execution and ranks among India's foremost DPDP Act 2023 practitioners.

Mr. Goyal delivers end-to-end cybersecurity transformation spanning VAPT across Web, Mobile, Cloud, Network, and API surfaces, vCISO advisory, and M&A cybersecurity due diligence. He has led ISO 27001 implementations end-to-end and brings distinctive board-level cyber risk and strategy experience, regularly presenting in the boardroom.
