Biography

Divya is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of diverse experience across MSME ecosystem, cluster development, skill development, education, social sector, CSR, food & agriculture sectors. He possesses deep expertise in policy advocacy, government advisory, and strategic program design and implementation. In addition, he has extensive hands-on experience in the food industry, with specialized knowledge in manufacturing operations, quality management, regulatory compliance, and food safety systems.

Over the course of his career, Divya has held key roles with leading multinational and Indian organizations, including Nestlé, PepsiCo, Grant Thornton, and Andersen, where he successfully led projects spanning business practise establishment, operations, implementation, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

Divya is a FosTac – FSSAI professional & Holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from Anexas Denmark, having successfully completed seven Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. He is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems and is an accomplished trainer in Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Divya has successfully led and supported numerous strategic assignments for various Government of India ministries and institutions, including the Ministry of Education, MoWCD, MoMSME, MoRD, MSDE, MoAFW, MoFPI, Ministry of Railways, various state governments, SIDBI, and NABARD.

He has played a pivotal role in formulating government policies, designing development schemes, and advising public institutions on sectoral reforms. His experience includes developing and implementing revival and restructuring programs for state-owned enterprises, executing projects under flagship initiatives such as MSE-CDP and SFURTI, Mission Vatsalya, DDUGKY and driving cluster development, SHG promotion, livelihood enhancement, and CSR initiatives across multiple sectors.

Divya has been recognized with several awards and commendations from both Central and State Government agencies for his contributions to industrial development, policy implementation, revenue enhancement and institutional capacity building. He also possesses significant experience in international trade and exports, with strong expertise in export documentation, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and market-specific requirements across multiple countries.
