Deepak Maini is an expert in Restructuring and Insolvency Services, bringing over 38 years of extensive experience to ASC. With a robust background as a former General Manager at Punjab & Sind Bank and a member of INSOL India, Mr. Maini has been at the forefront of shaping asset recovery and insolvency strategies within the banking sector.

Since joining ASC Group, Mr. Maini has been instrumental in advancing the Insolvency and Bankruptcy vertical, providing expert leadership in guiding organizations through intricate restructuring and recovery processes. His profound knowledge and leadership in insolvency services empower clients to effectively navigate financial distress, ensuring sustainable business recovery and the implementation of strategic restructuring solutions.

In his previous roles, he led the Asset Recovery Branches in Mumbai and Delhi, where he played a critical role in representing the bank at CDR cell meetings at IDBI Bank’s head office, effectively advocating for the bank’s interests in high-stakes CDR Empowered Group Meetings. At the bank's head office, Mr. Maini headed the credit monitoring vertical, where he made pivotal decisions on CDR and restructuring cases, utilizing his board-level authority. He was also a key figure on committees evaluating cases under the CDR cell, SDR, and S4A schemes of the RBI, and successfully managed the bank’s participation in the UDAY scheme.
