Over his career, he has held senior CFO and finance leadership roles, leading strategic planning, business transformation, and operational improvements across diverse sectors.

He has deep expertise in financial restructuring, cost optimization, governance, and building scalable finance functions for growing businesses. He also brings strong experience in financial due diligence, supporting investors and management teams in evaluating business performance, identifying risks, and assessing deal readiness. He works closely with leadership teams to enable data-driven decision-making, strengthen internal controls, and improve overall financial performance.

In his current role, he leads Virtual CFO Advisory, partnering with organizations to build robust financial frameworks, improve cash flow visibility, and drive strategic planning. His focus is on bringing CFO-level insights and discipline to growing businesses, helping them scale sustainably while maintaining strong governance and financial control.
