Shailendra Kumar Mishra is a chartered accountant by profession and has been associated with ASC since 2010. An indispensable member of the team, Shailendra is an alumnus from the Big 4 and heads Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, and Foreign Trade Policy along with various other verticals. He has been instrumental as a core member of the management team and is responsible for the upliftment of the organization. He is also driven by new ideas and is developing and driving a new generation of leaders for the growth of the organization.
His knowledge and expertise in gauging client needs and providing tailor-made solutions for various business scenarios have helped Shailendra gain significant experience in the Finance field. Shailendra has co-authored the book “All India Taxes – A Ready Referencer” along with Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal. The book aims to offer comprehensive information about taxation laws and regulations in the country.
