Biography

Pawan Jain is a Partner at ASC Group, where he spearheads Risk Advisory Services and International Business. With over 23 years of experience, Pawan is recognized as an expert in navigating complex business risks, providing global support services and strategic guidance to both International and Indian organizations.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and a commerce graduate from prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Pawan also holds an accreditation in Internal Quality Assessment from The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), USA. Additionally, he is a licentiate member of the Insurance Institute of India, underscoring his deep interest in insurance risk management.

Pawan is specialized in risk-based internal audits, enterprise risk management, risk assessments, insurance risk management, diagnostic reviews, ICFR, SOX compliance, design and development of policies and procedure manuals (SOPs and DOA Matrix) and forensics in different industries. His expertise spans various industries, including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, automotive, real estate, and oil and gas.

Pawan is proficient in multiple control frameworks, including Global Internal Audit Standards (IPPF, The IIA), COSO’s Integrated Framework, and ICAI's Standards on Internal Audit (SIAs). His practical approach ensures that his clients benefit from effective internal controls and enhanced risk management practices.
