EPR Return Filing Update 2024 - Timeline for EPR Annual Return Filing is Extended for the Year 2023-24

The timeline for filing of annual returns for the year 2023-24 for registered PIBOs and PWPs is extended till 30th November 2024, as a special case, for removal of difficulties and facilitating filing of annual returns by registered PIBOs and PWs, while ensuring that environmentally sound management of plastic packaging waste is done by PIBOS and PWPs asper EPR Guidelines, thus reducing pollution caused by littered and un-managed plastic packaging waste.
