Raj Kumar Agarwal

Raj Kumar, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Director at ASC Group. He has post qualification experience of more than 30 years He is specialized in audit and assurance of listed and unlisted companies, across various sectors. He is well versed with international Standard on auditing.
His sector experience includes, Services, Education, Manufacturing, Retail, IT/ITSe, Utility, Not for profit organization etc. Major project handled includes Statutory audit of Indian entities, multinational companies including group reporting, shared service center audits operating in complex environment for multi companies, multi GAAPs reporting's, certification, Special Audits, Agreed Upon Procedures.
He has been reporting accountant for IPO & have also handled ADR reporting. He also has expertise in Companies Act 2013, IFRS etc. Raj Kumar is also a reviewer with FRRB and a faculty member for Ind AS course conducted by ICAI.

Raj Kumar was special invite on committee of Government Accounting of Iinstitute of Chartered Accountants of  India. He is also speaker at various webinar of ASB and conferences at national and international levels. Associated with Academics for CA Final Students. Had held various post in  Branch of CIRC, Tax Bar Association and CA Students Association.
