Deepak Kumar Dass

Deepak Kumar Dass (Advocate) is an integral part of ASC Group and heads the Indirect Taxation vertical at ASC. He is a lawyer and member of the Bar Council of Delhi and brings to the table his vast knowledge and experience in legal matters pertaining to direct and indirect taxes. He is also an expert in Good & Service tax, excise, service tax, and VAT-related issues and keeps himself constantly updated about the latest developments in company law and tax regulations. Through his expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Indian tax structure, he has helped numerous global corporates with respect to their Indian ventures in matters of Indirect Taxes and thus doing major value addition in strengthening their supply chain structure.

Adv. Deepak Kumar handles all client cases till the Tribunal Level before the statutory authorities. Having been with the ASC Group since 2000, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. Adv. Deepak Kumar has co-authored the book ‘All India VAT ready reckoner’, along with Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal. The book provides valuable insight into the VAT laws and regulations applicable across India.
